I left Apple to build something different. Not a fund that promises returns you can’t verify. Not a course that teaches theory. A company that invests in real buildings, lends real money, and teaches real estate investors how to see what they’re missing.

That’s what Eyes Open is about.

Every week I write about the things hiding in plain sight. The building problem your inspector didn’t flag. The deal math that looks good until you open the electrical panel. The financial plan that assumes you’ll live to 75 when your dad died at 45.
